Aeonium lindleyi

  •  Aeonium lindleyi forms soft green rosettes with a velvety surface that feels slightly sticky to the touch. The leaves are narrow and gently pointed, giving the rosette a loose, natural look rather than a perfectly tight shape. Its fuzzy texture and fresh green color make it easy to recognize among other Aeonium.
This plant grows on branching stems and develops more rosettes as it matures, creating a small, shrubby form over time. It is known for traditional use in soothing minor skin irritation, including contact with Euphorbia sap. Growth slows during warmer periods, then becomes more active again as conditions cool.

  • Bright Indoor Light, Full Sun.
Gritty, well-draining soil is essential. Use a cactus and succulent mix with 70%-80% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite.

Water infrequently. Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Avoid letting water sit in the rosette to prevent rot.
