The leaf tips are lightly covered with fine, cottony webbing, adding texture and visual interest to the rosette. This cultivar is a vigorous offset producer, generating many new rosettes each spring and quickly forming tidy clusters.
Sempervivum plants originate from mountainous regions of Europe, where they are adapted to bright sun, rocky soils, and cold winters. ‘Jeanne d’Arc’ performs best outdoors, maintaining tight rosette form and developing its strongest coloration during the warmer months.
