Sedum reflexum 'Blue Spruce'

  • Sedum ‘Blue Spruce’ (Sedum reflexum, also known as Petrosedum rupestre) is a hardy, low-growing succulent with stiff, needle-like leaves in a soft blue-green color. In cooler weather, the foliage can flush salmon pink, adding seasonal color. The dense, upright stems resemble the needles of a spruce tree, giving the plant its name. This plant is fully rooted in a 3.5" pot.
It spreads steadily to form a low mat and is excellent as a ground cover. During the growing season, it can produce clusters of bright yellow, star-shaped flowers that attract pollinators. ‘Blue Spruce’ is extremely hardy and drought tolerant once established. It grows best in full to partial sun with well-draining soil and can also trail nicely from outdoor containers.
  • Filtered / Partial Sun, Low Indoor Light

    Well-draining cactus mix.

Low. Use the "soak and dry" method. Water only when the soil is completely dry to the touch.
  • Zone 4-10
