Echeveria 'Lara'

  •  Echeveria ‘Lara’ is a neat, compact hybrid with soft blue leaves arranged in a tidy rosette. As the plant matures, the leaves become more cupped, giving the rosette a deeper, bowl-like shape. It usually grows as a single rosette and can reach about 4 inches wide when fully grown.
This plant grows steadily and keeps its symmetrical form. It may send up a flower stalk with small pink and yellow blooms. ‘Lara’ is generally a solitary grower, but it can be propagated from leaves or stem cuttings, making it easy to grow new plants once mature.

  •  Bright Indoor Light, Full Sun.
Gritty, well-draining soil is essential. Use a cactus and succulent mix with 70%-80% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite.

Water infrequently. Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Avoid letting water sit in the rosette to prevent rot.
